Scheduled maintenance
To further enhance platform stability and security, we will carry out scheduled maintenance.
On 7 October 2026, between 05:00 and 13:00 CET, the creation of new contracts and data requests will be temporarily unavailable for the following products:
- Charging Control
- Charging Data
State of Health
Mileage
Existing data access will continue to work as usual. During the maintenance window, no new vehicles can be onboarded and contracts cannot be stopped.
Push notifications may be delayed by up to 45 minutes. Data will not be lost and will be delivered afterwards.
