28.04.2026

Volkswagen Group Info Services AG welcomes Ohme as a new partner leveraging our charging solutions Charging Data and Charging Control. By integrating the dedicated official APIs for vehicle charging status and control data across six Volkswagen Group brands, Ohme enhances its smart home charging platform for EV drivers throughout Europe.

The partnership enables more than 100,000 existing Volkswagen Group customers using Ohme to see their vehicle's state of charge directly in the Ohme app – removing guesswork and helping drivers charge at the cheapest times automatically. As Lasse Schmidt van Hülst, Lead Sales & Key Account Management at Volkswagen Group Info Services, puts it: "As home electricity tariffs across Europe become smarter and more dynamic, Ohme's expertise means this integration comes at the perfect time for EV drivers."

Together, Volkswagen Group Info Services AG and Ohme are making home charging easier, smarter and more cost-effective for drivers of Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Škoda, SEAT, CUPRA and Audi electric vehicles.
